Our Standard Contract Terms
If we are purchasing goods or services from you and we have not agreed other terms with you in writing, the terms across shall apply.
If we have sold products or tooling to you from 2 September 2023 onwards and have not agreed other terms with you, the terms across shall apply.
If we sold products or tooling to you between 10 April 2023 and 1 September 2023 and we did not agree other terms with you in writing, the terms across applied.
